May Flowers

MAY FLOWERS- Bloom times vary from year to year- we use these flowers for a wedding or buckets.

Peonies:  white, pinks, reds week 3-4> early July
Allium Purple
Amsonia - Blue Star- sky blue
Bachelor Button- blue shades, pink shades,  deep burgundy, violet
Dusty Miller- silver
Delphinium blue, lavender, white- late May
Late Lilac- lavender, pink, white
Viburnum Opulus- Snowball white-  all May
Forget me not - deep sky blue

Allium White- limited early May
Viburnum Northern Burgundy - White Buds, Dark Green Foliage
Golden Nugget Ninebark- Clear Yellow Foliage - White Bloom
Baptisia- False Blue Indigo, blue shades, dusty violet or yellows
Scilla- Spanish Bluebell- pastel delicate  blue spikes

Diablo - Ninebark = Physocarpus- Coppery Brown Foliage
Solomons Seal - Great Arching Stem With Cream Bells Underneath
Red Honeysuckle Native Scarlet With Yellow
Weigelia  Pink 
Snapdragon mixed, white, orange, salmon, pastel pink- late
Ranunculus- gold, dark peach, Blush, light yellow Butterfly type
Twigs: Pussy Willow 2-4’ ht. Red or Yellow Twig Dogwood
Tulips: Yellow, White, lavender, salmon, red, yellow,  Double peony type pinks, white, peach, purples, yellow
Cream Aruncus
Dusty Miller, Nigella blue or white, 
Also
Green Wheat, Calendula, Aruncus, Fringetree, Mock Orange, Feverfew/ Chamomile, blue Salvia, Agrostemma, Hyacinth, Muscari, Thalictrium

May is Ranunculus season: Gold, Tangerine, Blush.
Peonies are usually available the last few days of May, Call close to the date.

Each year, we will continue to refine our plantings for more May blooms. We expect to have the following during the 2nd half of the month: Calendula, Queen Anne’s Lace, Anemone, Agrostemma, Delphinium,  Snapdragon,  and Fringetree.

Flowering times vary in May, due to uneven spring weather.
