After October 12th we do not guarantee any specific flowers due to possible frost or freezes. Some years we have a huge selection through the end of the month, sometimes not. Feel free to check in closer to these dates.
Ageratum - blue and purple/pink
Mountain Mint - silver/green foliage, reddish fall foliage
Hydrangea - white/pinkish, most are ‘antique’ in October
Winterberry Holly - red or gold deciduous holly
Millet, Panicum and wheat seed heads- dried plus dried Strawflowers in fall colors
Other grasses and grains, berries and seed heads
Sunflowers- standard yellow and whites- 1st 1/2 of October
Snapdragon- white, red, orange, hot pink, yellows
Echinops - steel blue, dried
Dusty Miller- silver
Scabiosa- blues, white and deep burgundy, mixed colors, Scabios Scoop -blush and white (silver dollar size)
Rosemary and lavender- limited, as cuts for bouquets or napkin placement
Grasses, grains, pods Heirloom Mum- large selection of white, soft pink, yellow, gold, orange, burgundy, terra cotta, Mocha, many forms including Anemone and Spider types
Dahlia for at least the first 1/2 of the month, some years the entire month
Mexican Sage- a tall blue purple that alway makes a statment. Grown inside for protection.
An early frost will limit the choices, but we also grow in a greenhouse and protect anything we need as much as possible.
