Note about imported clumps: These are mechanically harvested clumps, not individual tubers. They are shipped to us in peat moss. Often they will appear like they have broken necks, sometimes too wet, sometimes too dry. Plant the whole clump. We are always pleasantly surprised by how well they do. (We have never gotten gall from this wholesale source). We expect to ship late March or early April, but some  years there is a delay - usually weather related. Your entire order will be shipped together. If there are any problems or shortages, you will receive a refund the day of shipment. Any other issues need to be address within 6 weeks, and only store credits are offered for incorrect varieties. Please send photos.

• Orders are paid for, when placed, no cancellations or refunds are possible. Store credit for incorrect varieties. Email photos with the labeled tuber and order number are required within 10 days of shipment for all other issues.
